As the main point of contact between our clients and internal staff, this role requires an outstanding level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of excellent service standards to our clients by working closely with our in-house team of energy specialists. You will be responsible for resolving any billing queries related to electric and gas consumption, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely resolution to their inquiries.
